These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the RS8888 platform, available at rs8888.cam ("Platform", "Site", "rs8888", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between RS8888 and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform in any capacity.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game or otherwise using any service offered on rs8888, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease use of the Platform immediately.

In these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings assigned to them below unless context clearly requires otherwise:
Use of the RS8888 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout the User's use of the Platform:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. RS8888 operates an adults-only policy with zero tolerance for underage gambling. Age verification may be requested at any time during the account lifecycle.

You must not access or use the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you. RS8888 does not warrant that access to the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction.
You must be acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any other individual or legal entity. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted under these Terms.
You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or any other voluntary or mandatory exclusion from gambling services at the time of registration or use. If you are currently self-excluded from any gambling platform, you must not register a new account on RS8888.
When registering an Account on the Platform, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Registration details must match the identification documents you will provide during KYC verification.
Each User is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. RS8888 cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
You must promptly notify RS8888 of any changes to your registration information. Failure to maintain accurate account details may delay or prevent successful KYC verification and withdrawals.
RS8888 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that registration information is false, that the User does not meet eligibility requirements, or that the Account is being used in breach of these Terms.
RS8888 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and player protection obligations. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may also be triggered at other points in the account lifecycle.
The following documents may be requested as part of KYC verification:
RS8888 will endeavour to process KYC submissions in a timely manner. Incomplete, illegible or inconsistent documentation will delay verification. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion. RS8888 accepts no liability for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation submitted by the User.
RS8888 may request additional documentation at any time, including periodically, to maintain compliance with its ongoing anti-money laundering and player protection obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
Deposits must be made using methods listed as active in the Platform cashier at the time of the transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment method owned by the Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are set by the operator and displayed in the cashier.
Payment Reference Note: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced as familiar Pakistan-market payment options. Their availability in the cashier at any given time cannot be guaranteed. These providers do not endorse, affiliate with or support the RS8888 platform. Withdrawal requests are processed only after successful KYC verification. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, subject to operator policy. The operator reserves the right to apply a minimum withdrawal amount and to verify that all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied before processing any withdrawal.
Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (where available) are generally faster than bank transfer withdrawals. Specific processing windows are indicative only and may be affected by banking business hours, public holidays, KYC status and volume of pending requests. RS8888 does not guarantee specific processing timelines.
Account balances are displayed in the currency selected at registration. PKR (Pakistani Rupee) may be available as an account currency subject to operator configuration. Currency conversion fees may apply where transactions are processed in a different base currency.
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. Administrative fees may apply to inactive accounts in accordance with the operator's dormancy policy, which will be communicated to the User prior to any fee deduction.
RS8888 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, refer-a-friend credits and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms.
RS8888 actively monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and colluding with other Users to exploit promotional offers. Evidence of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, account suspension and may result in permanent closure.
Illustrative Note: Any PKR bonus amounts referenced elsewhere on this platform (e.g., PKR 1,000, PKR 5,000, PKR 25,000) are illustrative examples only unless a live promotion with those specific values is currently active and confirmed in the cashier. Always verify current promotion values before claiming.
All betting and gaming activity on the Platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game. These rules are published within each betting or game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.
RS8888 (through its operator) reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including for risk management purposes. Bets are not valid until confirmed by the system. Network or technical errors occurring before confirmation do not create a valid bet.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or manifest pricing error, RS8888 reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds. Winnings paid in error as a result of a system fault may be reclaimed from a User's Account. The User will be notified of any such adjustment.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bets and are displayed within the betting interface. RS8888 reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time, including on a per-User basis where justified by risk management requirements.
In the event that a sporting event (including PSL cricket matches, ICC tournaments, football fixtures or UFC events) is cancelled, postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform. General rule: where a match does not reach a defined completion threshold, bets may be voided and stakes returned at the operator's discretion.

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. RS8888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or harmful components.
RS8888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to terminate these Terms with immediate effect, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in prohibited conduct, has failed KYC verification, or where continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, reputational or financial risk to RS8888 or any third party.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting the Platform's customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any outstanding real-money balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements and pending verification) will be returned to your verified payment method following successful KYC completion.
Upon Account closure, your licence to use the Platform terminates immediately. Bonus funds and associated pending winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability and Governing Law) shall continue in full force after termination.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your own jurisdiction. Pakistan Legal Notice: These Terms do not constitute legal advice and do not address or override Pakistani law. Users in Pakistan access the Platform entirely at their own legal risk. RS8888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, RS8888 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users, which may be by email, in-platform notification or publication of the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, your only remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 13.2.
